Light & Wonder Inc. Launches New Horizon Cabinet for Casinos

As part of its lineup of large-screen jumbo machines, Light & Wonder Inc., a producer of casino equipment, has unveiled its new Horizon cabinet.

The cabinet is currently accessible in some areas and in a “limited launch” phase, a press release released on Friday stated.

Supplying the “Dancing Drums Ultimate Explosion” wide area progressive (WAP) game, the Horizon cabinet boasts an industry-first integrated LED panel design.

A 75-inch screen and surrounding LED panels make up the whole display surface of the Horizon cabinet, which is reportedly an evolution of the wildly popular Jumbo cabinet.

On top of that, the Horizon cabinet has a 24-inch touch screen, two play buttons for an immersive gaming experience, a large transparent iDeck with integrated lighting, and a mobile charger.

The Dancing Drums Ultimate Explosion title, according to Light & Wonder’s chief product officer for gaming Nathan Drane, adds two new features to the original Dancing Drums Explosion, which together with the Horizon cabinet’s integrated LED panel design, create an immersive player experience never seen before.
