SEA Games: Carlos Yulo adds two more victories for five-gold haul
CARLOS Yulo continued his supreme gold-winning form at the Hanoi SEA Games, as he added two golds and one silver at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace on Monday (16 May).
The 22-year-old gymnast won in the men’s vault and horizontal bars, and came in second in the parallel bars, to dominate the field and amass a total of five golds and two silvers at the Games.
The reigning vault world champion had earlier won in the all-around, floor exercise and rings events, while leading the Philippine men’s team to silver.
That makes Yulo the most be-medalled athlete so far at the ongoing Games, which will end next Monday.
