Leading iGaming platform provider SOFTSWISS convened 1,500 employees worldwide for its “Value Fest” conference, which took place in Turkey recently. The event’s goals were to promote talent development, knowledge sharing, and an examination of the most current advancements in the iGaming industry.
With a global workforce spanning over 40 countries and offices in four European countries, SOFTSWISS provided its employees with an unparalleled opportunity for in-person conversations and the exchange of knowledge.
At the Value Fest, topics such as cross-product relationships, customer service, marketing tactics, and technological advancements were explored. Both the technical and general education levels provided employees with the chance to demonstrate their expertise. The subjects addressed in technical talks included system analysis, cross-product integrations, software development, machine learning, and information security. Subjects including the promise of generative AI, community success skills, UX research, sharing content on LinkedIn, and time management were covered in the general conference block, which concentrated on the development of both hard and soft skills.
