IPI reappoints Chen Feng as executive director

Chen Feng is back in his position as executive director of Imperial Pacific International (IPI), a casino operator on the island of Saipan.

Chen has signed a letter of appointment with IPI for a fixed one-year term starting on March 25, 2024, according the filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Interestingly, Chen will not be paid by the company for his executive director position.

Since March 25, 2022, Chen Feng, 50, has held the position of executive director for the company.

IPI is now handling a large volume of winding-up applications. In addition, the company, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is addressing problems related to the delisting procedure as it pursues Judicial Review (JR) procedures in opposition to the delisting ruling made by the Hong Kong securities regulator.
