Tech Architect Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be responsible for managing core technical departments including system service operations, maintenance and technical project development.
- Lead department to formulate technological decisions and solutions to implement company targets and goals.
- Enhance the technicians skills with training and keep professional talents.
- Communicate and cooperate with related departments to meet targets.
- Evaluation for DEV, pre-live, production environment resource and cost and contribute reasonable budget requests with implementation plan.
- Enhance managed department performance and technological level.
- Contribute tactics and action plan for operations target.
- Ensure change deployment be processed with the defined workflow by company.
- Ensure the team can process incidents, customer issues, events and problems within OLA/SLA which are defined by the company.
- Ensure system service availability meets OLA/SLA which are defined by the company.
- Ensure team’s productivity meets OLA/SLA which are defined by the company.
- Ensure the defined service quality meets OLA/SLA which are defined by the company.
- Contribute tactics to secure system service.
- Contribute tactics within the implementation plan to enhance current service level.
- Language : fluent English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Have independent thinking.
- Have problem analysis and resolution capabilities.
- Have 10 years experience in leading technical related departments including system service operations and maintenance.
- Have 10 years experience in leading technical project development.
- Have successful and proven system integration cases in previous working experience.
- Have 5 years operational experience on 2 of follows skills at least
- Frontend skill : Vue.js/Flash/Layabox
- PHP lumen/Laravel
- Java spring framework
- Java Restful API
- Node.js sails
- Have 3 years operational experience on 1 of follow database skills at least
- MySQL/Maria DB
- MSSQL
- PostgreSQL
- Oracle
- Have 5 years operational experience on 1 of follow system skills at least
- CentOS
- Microsoft Windows server
- Have 3 year operational experience in 1 of follow cloud service at least
- Aliyun
- AWS
- GCP
