Empowering Women in Gaming: CasinoBeats Summit 2024

Make sure to include a significant event in the center of Malta on your calendars! From May 21 to 23, the CasinoBeats Summit 2024 will showcase women in the gaming industry with a range of motivational events.

The goal of this year’s SBC-hosted summit is to address important issues like stress management and leadership development while also fostering a sense of community.

According to Natalie Lees, Senior Conference Producer at SBC, “it’s a platform for women to come together, share experiences, and cultivate the leadership qualities needed to succeed.”

The main event of the day is Women in Gaming Day on May 23, which starts with a networking brunch.

Sessions like “Mindful Mastery: A Meditation Workshop for Stress Management and Presence” will be offered throughout the day by Svetlana Abela and Ana Luiza Cardoso, two yoga experts.

The course will teach participants how to reduce stress and boost output.

“Voices Unveiled: Illuminating Bias through Shared Stories,” another program, will give women a platform to talk about their problems and encourage one another to make positive changes.

A closed-door mentorship session on “High Stakes Leadership,” led by seasoned professionals Emily Haruko Leeb and Claire Adamou, will also be held during the summit.

The discussion will cover strategies for effective leadership in challenging situations.

And without some entertainment, what good is a summit? A 100-person poker tournament to cap the day gives participants a chance to show off their skills and make new acquaintances.
