Mohegan to enhance services with payment solutions from CPI

Mohegan, a casino resort complex in South Korea, plans to enhance its services by integrating payment technology manufactured by Crane Payment Innovations (CPI).

As part of this agreement, all 550 of the casino floor’s machines will be equipped with Easitrax Web software and a SC Advance note validator. The Easitrax Web application streamlines overall operations by providing efficient cash drop management, analytics tracking, and slot machine performance monitoring.

In addition to expressing gratitude for the partnership with Mohegan Inspire, Bill Murphy, VP of Sales at APAC for CPI, emphasized the importance of installing 550 SC Advance note validators and Easitrax Web software to increase operational efficiency and provide customers with an elite gaming experience.

With a three-tower hotel, a multipurpose stadium, a digital entertainment strip, restaurants, and a gaming facility reserved for visitors, Mohegan’s Inspire complex was officially launched in March. Mohegan Inspire’s Director of Slot Operations, Yik Kah Fai, said that the partnership with CPI will significantly increase the gaming options, demonstrating their commitment to providing cutting-edge gaming experience.

In an effort to enhance the guest experience even further, Mohegan Inspire has partnered with Agilysys to integrate a number of hospitality technologies.
