Blackstone $6.2 billion for Australian gaming giant Crown Group

Australia’s Crown Resorts Group said on Monday that Blackstone (72.47, -0.56, -0.77%) Group has offered to acquire the company for 8.02 billion Australian dollars (about 6.2 billion US dollars).
