Channel Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Find online and offline possible channel to advertise or attract potential clients ∙ Monitor channel KRA and KPI
- Received first inquiries and endorse to clients account manager by checking messages frequently, respond to inquiries immediately, follow up and handle all online inquiries in a professional manner, whether by inbound calls, online chats or face-to-face appointments in the office
- Present, promote and sell products/services by using solid arguments to online & offline potential clients and referred clients
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Market research from other companies in the industry for the latest trend ∙ Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team members, close sales and achieve sales targets
- Supply management with reports on clients’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Perform additional tasks assigned by Management relevant to work
- Provide and track data analysis and regular client status report
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration ∙ Has eight to ten years’ experience as a marketing manager or digital marketing manager
- Knowledge in use of specific tools to assist with market study
- Proficient communication skills in English language & Mandarin
- Knowledge of specific software program including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Wide range of marketing and advertising knowledge from digital marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, public relations, above and below the line advertising
- Creative and can think out of the box
- Eager to learn, adjust and willing to be in a start-up company
- Professionalism is always expected (avoid absences and tardiness)
