Channel Specialist Offline and Online – CN

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Channel Specialist who has extensive experience in online and offline marketing. The focus of this position will be to communicate, build and improve sales leads for the Latte’s B2B and B2C clients. The position will follow up on inbound email, telephone and any communication software inquiries. He or she will update the CRM system on a regular basis, upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. He or she should respond to inquiries promptly and meet sales acquisition targets of the clients. He or she should also conduct research on market trends and competitors’ products. The main responsibility of this role is to reach each and every clients’ target market by finding offline and online channels and monitoring its performance.
  • Find online and offline possible channels to advertise or attract potential clients.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor own branded channels for both online and offline.
  • Monitor channel KRA and KPI.
  • Received first inquiries and endorse to clients account/project manager by checking and filtering messages/inquiries frequently. Follow up and handle all online/offline inquiries in a professional manner, whether by inbound calls, online chats or face-to-face appointments in the office.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services by using solid arguments to online & offline potential clients and referred clients.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new clients.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Market research from other companies in the industry for the latest trend.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team members, close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Supply management with reports on clients’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by Management relevant to work.
  • Provide and track data analysis and regular client status report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, business administration
  • Has 2-3 years’ experience in the iGaming industry
  • Knowledge of current trend and practices in marketing and channel management for online gaming industry
  • Knowledge in use of specific tools to assist with market study
  • Proficient communication skills in English language & Mandarin
  • Knowledge of specific software program including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Creative and can think out of the box
  • Eager to learn, adjust and willing to be in a start-up company
  • Professionalism is always expected (avoid absences and tardiness)
