Macau casino sector rallies after restrictions ease for Mainland visitors

Macau casino stocks trade higher after the special administrative region’s authorities announced testing polices for visitors from the Mainland will be eased beginning tomorrow. Travelers from the Mainland through Guangdong who have not visited Hong Kong, Taiwan or a foreign country are required to show a negative COVID nucleic acid test less than seven days old vs. a prior requirement for showing a test conducted in the last 48 hours.
