Melco Resorts intends to open external sales offices in 3 countries

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd. intends to open external sales offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Cyprus to market Macau as a vacation spot for tourists from across the world. During a tourism marketing event in Manila, David Sisk, the organization’s Chief Operating Officer of Macau Resorts, made this declaration. The objective is to increase the number of foreign tourists that come to Macau, where Melco Resorts predominantly operates.

A sales office for Melco Resorts already exists in Manila, helping to advertise Macau as a major center for international tourism and leisure. In addition, the business just established City of Dreams Mediterranean in Cyprus.

Over the course of their new 10-year gaming rights, Melco Resorts and the other five gaming concessionaires in the Macau market have agreed to spend a combined MOP 108.7 billion (US$13.5 billion) in non-gaming projects and investigate international client markets.

In accordance with the conditions of their concessions, the concessionaires have also pledged to boost their combined investment by up to 20% over the length of their 10-year concessions whenever Macau’s market-wide casino gross gaming revenue hits MOP 180 billion in any given year.
