Casino and sports betting API and platform developer Uplatform to showcase newly-launched casino aggregator at SiGMA Asia

Cyprus-based casino platform developer Uplatform seeks to capture Asian market; to launch suite of casino games at SiGMA Asia.

Uplatform Sales Manager Sam Lau said that some countries in Asia are ‘poised to emerge as some of the most enthusiastic betting nations.’ 

The European game developer will be at the upcoming SiGMA Asia gaming trade show and conference in Manila from July 19 to July 22. The dev company will exhibit a diverse range of casino games from various providers in the 4-day trade show.

In an interview with GGRAsia, UPlatform will be showcasing  its Sportsbook iFrame, said to help betting operators meet growing demand for sports betting. Sportsbook iFrame will cater to betting operators and will enable them to offer a range of sports options like football, cricket, basketball, and more.

Lau also said that iGaming operators in Asia face the challenges of navigating across ‘complex legal landscapes and effectively promoting their brands.’

“It is crucial for operators to stay vigilant and keep up with the evolving rules and regulations in the Asian market to ensure successful operations and compliance,” Lau said in the same GGRAsia interview.

Lau added closer ties must be made between regulators and iGaming operators for a better-regulated industry to prosper.

“By closely monitoring the legal landscape and fostering open communication between operators and regulators, then “challenges can be overcome, allowing for a more robust and regulated iGaming environment in Asia,” suggested Uplatform’s Mr Lau.

The 2023 edition of SiGMA Asia will be held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila, from July 19 to 22. The 4-day event expects to draw 2,000 delegates, more than 150 speakers, and 75 gaming exhibitors.

The SiGMA Summits, organized by Sigma Play, are considered as some of the most significant and largest international B2B and B2C iGaming and casino-focused conferences in the world.
