QMRA Launches Ontario Quality Mark for iGaming Affiliates

Leading provider of iGaming compliance services, XY Legal Solutions, has added the quickly growing Ontario market to its Compliance Quality Mark for iGaming Affiliates (QMRA) program.

Launched in February 2024, QMRA makes sure affiliates operating in key markets adhere to strict compliance standards.

The KVA compliance mark, a previous effort by XY Legal Solutions that launched in September 2021 ahead of the Netherlands’ regulated market launch, was successful, and this step builds on that success.

XY Legal Solutions founded QMRA to support affiliates in Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Michigan (USA), the UK, Poland, and Estonia after seeing the increasing demand for strong compliance frameworks.

Several prominent affiliates have joined QMRA since its founding, such as Game Lounge, Unilead, Leadstar Media, Applied Digital Media, and Gaming Innovation Group.

Now that the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is overseeing the flourishing iGaming industry in Ontario, XY Legal Solutions has laboriously crafted an Ontario Compliance Code that makes QMRA’s comprehensive compliance framework available to affiliates based in Ontario.

The QMRA framework ensures that affiliates abide by local laws, safeguarding the integrity of the business and encouraging responsible growth in regulated iGaming sectors.

Three new websites, Casino.dk, OnlinePoker.se, and OnlineCasino.be, were recently recognized by QMRA as evidence of the company’s dedication to ethical business practices.

These approvals came after thorough compliance checks conducted by the XY Legal Solutions team.
