“The menu will feature items ranging from pasta, curries, and fish and chips to Asian noodles, baked ham, burgers, and surprise-themed menus such as Taco Tuesdays,” he said. “Designed as a restaurant, it provides an opportunity for our team members to enjoy their break and socialize over a meal.”

The recently appointed CEO of Star Brisbane, Daniel Finch, has expressed excitement about joining the team in advance of the gradual launch later this year.

“Watching the progress of this transformative tourism development over the past few years, I am proud and excited to be joining The Star at such a significant moment,” he said to the crowd. “The unveiling of the employee dining room today is particularly special, and I look forward to many meals here.”

He emphasized his dedication to building a vibrant and productive work environment and winning over the community to ensure the long-term growth and success of the new tourism precinct.

“Together with the dedicated team already in place and those joining us through our recruitment drive, I am eager to deliver world-class tourism and hospitality experiences for the millions who will soon be visiting, especially the locals of Brisbane,” he said.
