Yolo Group joins International Betting Integrity Association

February 14, 2024 World iGaming & Gambling

Yolo Group is the newest member of the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA), which now includes over 50 businesses and 125 well-known sports betting brands among its membership. Yolo Group was founded in 2014 and operates in Malta, Estonia, Australia, and Guernsey.

IBIA’s worldwide monitoring network, which finds and reports dubious activity in regulated betting markets, plays a major role in maintaining the integrity of the sports betting industry. The action taken by Yolo Group corresponds with the expected launch of the sports betting industry in Brazil, where acquiring a license requires participation in an integrity monitoring group.

Over 60% of Brazilian remote gaming is already offered by a significant number of Brazilian-focused operators that have already joined IBIA. Matthew D’Emanuele, CEO of Yolo Entertainment at Yolo Group, stressed the company’s commitment to betting integrity and the need of joining IBIA in order to provide a fair sports betting environment.

IBIA CEO Khalid Ali welcomed Yolo Group, stressing the company’s commitment to use the most robust integrity protection for its international sports betting business. This agreement broadens IBIA’s network of integrity monitors, and the organization is keen to work closely with Yolo Group to address fraudulent betting practices both internationally and in particular areas like as Brazil.
