The technology company Sportradar has implemented a new organizational structure intending to increase operational effectiveness.

Six distinct business functions are established by the statement from January 24:

1. Product Delivery and Operations, under the leadership of Warren Murphy, now the Chief Delivery and Operations Officer.
2. Growth and Innovation, overseen by Nick Maywald, now the Chief Growth and Innovation Officer.
3. Commercial, led by Eduard Blonk, Chief Commercial Officer.
4. Legal, Risk, and Administrative Services, managed by Lynn McCreary, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary.
5. People, headed by Severine Riviere-Gerstner, Chief People Officer.
6. Finance, led by Gerard Griffin, Chief Financial Officer.

Ulrich Harmuth, the Chief Strategy Officer, has resigned as part of the reorganization, while Gerard Griffin will step down as CFO in May or earlier for personal reasons, while a suitable replacement is chosen.

Sportradar CEO Carsten Koerl stated his happiness with the new global structure, emphasizing how it aligns with strategic goals and may foster more innovation, collaboration, and speedy decision-making. It is projected that the modification will enhance the business’s ability to serve clients and partners and seize new market opportunities.

Sportradar maintained, with growth rates of 19% to 21% and 29% to 33%, respectively, its fiscal 2023 revenue target (€870 million to €880 million) and Adjusted EBITDA1 (€162 million to €167 million). Additionally, the company stuck to its fiscal 2024 projection, which calls for a minimum 20% rise in adjusted EBITDA and revenue.
