Korea’s Mohegan INSPIRE earns five-star hotel rating

The Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort in Korea has received a five-star hotel rating from the Korea Tourism Association in honor of being granted permission to construct a casino that is only available to foreign guests.

The Korean Hotel Grade System, which represents the highest available facilities in terms of cleanliness, first-rate service, and quality, undertook a thorough review before bestowing the grade.

Mohegan may now build a casino with the help of this funding in addition to the hotel towers, MICE centers, restaurants, entertainment area, and indoor water park that debuted on November 30, 2023.

Although the precise debut date has not been revealed, Mohegan has said that it intends to have the casino operational in time for the approaching Chinese New Year vacation. Mohegan INSPIRE President Chen Si congratulated the workers on the casino’s five-star rating and expressed gratitude for their efforts in operations, hospitality, and facilities management.

The five-star rating is noteworthy, as underlined by Mohegan CEO Ray Pineault as evidence of their dedication to providing exceptional experiences and high standards of excellence. According to him, this accomplishment demonstrates the team’s commitment to upholding the best industry standards and strengthens Mohegan’s position as a worldwide leader in entertainment and hospitality.

The indoor children’s playground, immersive content exhibition hall, international food court, outdoor experience area, and INSPIRE Mall should all be operational by mid-2024, after the completion of Mohegan INSPIRE’s Phase 1A construction.
