Grand Ho Tram Strip in Vietnam set to undergo further expansion

A new phase of the “Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion” condominium hotel (condotel) and villa complex will be added to the Grand Ho Tram Strip, a casino resort in Vietnam.

The CEO of Ho Tram Project, Walt Power, said that work on Ixora Phase 2, which would include 63 beach villa apartments and a 512-room condotel tower, had begun. There are also 46 beach villas and 164 condotel rooms in the first phase, which opened in August.

The Grand Ho Tram Strip beachside complex, which incorporates a casino exclusive to foreigners, has requested that the completion date be rescheduled until 2027, citing the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on development progress.

The project company continues to adhere to its development requirements and investment certificate in full, notwithstanding the challenges posed by the pandemic. The goal of the project is to enhance the resort’s offers and satisfy the growing demand for hospitality services in the area.
