Winford Resorts & Casino Manila opens new luxurious cafe

The opening of Winford Café, situated on the second floor of the Winford Resort & Casino Manila (WRCM) was a watershed event for the magnificent San Lazaro, Manila hotel.

The Winford Café, conveniently situated close to the casino, offers the ideal setting for a quick snack, light meal, or quick refreshment. The menu includes a selection of hot and cold coffee and tea alternatives, ice-blended beverages, pastries, all-day breakfast choices, and several freshly prepared comfort dinners.

Jeffrey Evora, President & Chief Operating Officer of WRCM, warmly welcomed the opening, noting that it signifies a return to normalcy for treasured guests and the whole Winford workforce. He stressed the significance of Winford Café in ushering in a new age amid the current “next normal.”

Many key persons contributed to the success of Winford Café, including Chef Fatima, Mr. James Olivar, the hotel director, and Edmond De Jesus, the F&B manager.

Visitors to the first event were able to sample the Winford Café’s trademark dishes, including pesto chicken spaghetti, kimchi fried rice, calamansi muffin, tres leches, dulce de leche cake, pistachio croissant, and the cool Spanish bombon.

Winford Café is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. on Fridays and Sundays. WRCM is conveniently located in Santa Cruz, Manila’s San Lazaro Tourism & Business Park.
