The Current Gambling Scene in India

The gambling industry in India has been operating under some of the most outdated gambling laws in the world so far. This is the Public Gaming Act of 1877 which is the only source of reference that operators and players in India can refer to, with the exception of an amendment in 1996. Visiting a gamblign house is illegal
Any form of betting or gambling-related activity is also prohibited
