This NGO Wants Video Game Censorship and Regulation in India
According to legal documents obtained by IGN India, the DMC cites reports that confuse video games with social networking phenomenon like Blue Whale. Furthermore, the PIL cites outdated studies that claim video games promote violent real-life behaviour as well as suggests that India take a leaf out of Bangladesh’s book and consider a ban on Free Fire as well as PUBG (also known as BGMI) in India.
