Surveillance Studio Monitoring Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor table games to ensure game rules and Dealing procedures are being followed to before Customer complaint
- Creation of Incident Ticket For Gaming
- Monitor and Report Dealers interaction with Customer
- Monitoring of Dealers Speed of Dealing and Game in accordance to the Studio Target
- Compile and send daily summary report in order to ensure accuracy of data records
- DELIVERABLE/GOAL:
- Providing of Studio Accurate data for Daily, Weekly and Monthly report
- Assist Studio Pit bosses to review and detect Errors on Dealing, Announcement and Inappropriate behavior
- Real time checking of overall Dealers performance such as but not limited to: Overall
- Dealers appearance, Proper dealing ,Error detection, Proper announcement, and other Studio related areas
- Real time Technical detection and reporting it to the proper department for immediate action
- Accommodate other department request for Video footage of Studio with approval of the Surveillance Head
- FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support Surveillance Manager and Studio Governor for monitoring report of Studio Data
- Preserve images and videos of incidents
- Assure all gaming related technical issues are resolved within a reasonable time to avoid customer complaint that might arise
- Able to operate surveillance room monitoring tools
- Providing of Accurate Data
- Ensure that the SLA’s of Studios are being followed
- Create and Submit analysis report for daily activities to prevent fraudulent activities
- Monitor and Report Pit Bosses and other Studio employee inappropriate behavior in front of the Camera
- Ensuring “English only” are being observed at all times in front of the Camera and areas near the microphone
- Create Incident ticket for all Studio related issues
- ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinates with Studio Personnel for all Dealer and Studio related Concerns
- To ensure that the Data are accurate by Proper monitoring
- To detect and prevent any possible fraud activity for Gaming Studio
- To ensure that Gaming Surveillance Monitoring procedure are being followed
- Monitoring and Audit of Overall Studio Performance
- Graduate of any management related course
- At least 21 year relevant work experience
- Surveillance Monitoring, Game Rules, Studio Supervisor
- Minimal physical activities
- Performance Expectations — satisfactory level of work
