Assistant Studio Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overseeing Dealers Performance, to meet Players Expectation with excellent service
- Monitor Shuffler Room Performance, to meet Players expectation with Quality and Efficient Performance
- Overseeing Supervisors Performance, to meet Players Expectation with Effective and Efficient Performance
- Creating/Suggesting Ideas to improve Gaming quality and Performance that’s aligned with Department Strategic Planning
- To deliver Players expectation by providing quality of service thru Speed of Dealing, Accuracy and excellent Players interaction
- To Improve Shuffling quality to ensure that the company will reach the target Goal by creating multiple strategies
- To deliver quality of service to meet the Players expectation by implementing effective and efficient Gaming Strategies to reduce Players waiting time
- To meet the company goal by creating new ideas that improves the quality of Dealer, Shuffler and Studio Supervisors
- Remains available on a 24 hour, 7days on call basis for emergency situations beyond working hours
- Oversee the performance of the direct subordinates which includes work allocation, training and manpower constraint per Products
- Responsible for all Gaming equipment’s maintenance, enhancement, replacement and safekeeping per Product
- Responsible for maintaining and improving Gaming areas per product
- Makes recommendation and motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Ensure all tasks and functions of staff members are carried out in strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Continuously makes suggestion for Dealers gestures and speaking ability during Dealing
- Strictly monitor Dealers physical looks: like hairstyle, make-ups, body weight according to the company standard
- Make sure all Tables/Machines are operating at any time 24/7 in spite of any issues and problems encountered per Product
- Problem analysis to create an effective strategy
- Evaluate Gaming Employees performance periodically
- Closely coordinates with IT personnel, Customer Service and Gaming Surveillance for any Major errors
- Coordinates with Studio Manager for any game enhancement and new releases for smooth launching
- Coordinate with Studio Manager for any request of services, materials, supplies, furniture and equipment related to Gaming Department
- Report and coordinate Infraction and Technical Issues to Customer Service, IT, Gaming Surveillance and report the same to the Studio Manager
- Work Experience — At least 10 years’ relevant work experience
- Knowledge, Abilities, Skills —Gaming Manager, Shift Manager
- Performance Expectations — satisfactory level of work
