Wynn’s Integrated Resort In UAE On Track For 2027 Opening: Report
Wynn Resorts’ casino project in the United Arab Emirates is on track to open in 2027, according to a report.
Donald Bremmer, Chief Operating Officer of RAK Hospitality, said this as quoted by an ArabianBusiness report.
Bremmer said there have been “no suggestions of any delays” in the project, which is now costing $5.1 billion. This will be the first integrated gaming resort in the region, and will serve as the tallest structure in Ras Al Khaimah.

The gaming facility, described as the first of its kind in the United of Arab Emirates, will consume about 4% of the hotel’s total area. They will tap on high-net-worth customers for this project, with 9.7 million wealthy individuals in the UAE—nearly 20% of the world’s millionaires—seen as a crucial target market.
This development is expected to significantly enhance tourism in Ras Al Khaimah, projecting over 5 million visitors by 2030.
Wynn anticipates that around 37% of its gaming revenue will come from international VVIPs, 29% from other international visitors, and 34% from the local market, including nine million non-Emiratis in the UAE.
While Wynn recently obtained the UAE’s first commercial gaming license, the regulatory framework for gaming in the UAE is still being developed.
