Mecca Bingo Unites Online & Retail Players in Slots Tournament

At Mecca Bingo’s first-ever cross-channel slots event, players from online and brick-and-mortar locations gathered in Luton, Bedfordshire.

With 16 finalists (eight from online and eight from retail), the competition, sponsored by Blueprint Gaming, had a £25,000 prize fund. Andrew Thorpe emerged victorious, taking home the £10,000.

“It was fantastic to witness participants from all over the nation coming together,” stated Robert Lee, CEO of Meccabingo.com. “We look forward to hosting our next tournament very soon.”

The newest innovative project from Mecca Bingo is this tournament. Other projects include free line dancing classes, which take advantage of the UK’s “Cowboy Core” craze, and “Spingo,” which combines spin classes with bingo.

Additionally, they worked with ITV to create digital scratchcards based on the well-liked talk program “Loose Women.”
