Wynn Resorts Unveils Progress on UAE’s First Integrated Resort

May 7, 2024 World Casino & HotelIndustry Updates

For its ground-breaking integrated resort project in the United Arab Emirates, Wynn Resorts has published revised ideas and construction updates.

When the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort opens in early 2027, it will have 1,542 rooms in a 300-meter tower.

The project, which is situated in the Ras Al Khaimah emirate, is progressing quite well; the tower has already reached a height of forty meters.

According to Wynn Resorts, the building will be finished by 2025’s fourth quarter.

Though there are currently apprehensions over the UAE’s first casino, the resort promises to have a “gambling area” as one of its many entertainment options.

Wynn Resorts expects that the casino will be the first integrated gaming facility in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), while its characteristics are unknown.

Due to the substantial interest generated by the project’s advancement, the Tourism Development Authority of the emirate established a distinct branch to oversee integrated resorts.

With its proximity to important hubs like Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Wynn Al Marjan Island is ideally positioned to transform luxury hospitality in the area and attract visitors from all over the world.
