GLI Acquires Trisigma, Expanding Global Gaming Testing Services

The acquisition of Trisigma BV, a renowned gaming testing, inspection, certification, and auditing laboratory located in the Netherlands, has been announced by Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI).

Through the acquisition, GLI hopes to bolster its international network and broaden the range of services it provides to clients in the regulated gaming industry, both online and off.

Citing synergies between the two firms, GLI President and CEO James Maida expressed confidence in Trisigma’s future performance under its existing brand.

Esther Ballart, Managing Director of Trisigma, will continue to oversee operations and the organization’s hierarchy from Geldermalsen, Netherlands, to Barcelona, Spain.

Maida stressed that all Trisigma teams must continue to be licensed and operating within their various jurisdictions in order to maintain continuity.

The acquisition aligns with GLI’s objective of providing worldwide comprehensive gaming technology certification services.

With this step, GLI is demonstrating its strategic growth and dedication to upholding its position as the industry leader in gaming technology certification and compliance.
