Jackpot Digital signs agreement with Jade Entertainment to “enter Asian market”

Jackpot Digital Inc, a Canadian maker of “electronic multiplayer dealerless poker tables,” has announced a distribution partnership with Jade Entertainment and Gaming Technologies Inc, located in the Philippines, which would facilitate Jackpot Digital’s entrance into the Asian market.

Jackpot Digital’s President, Jake Kalpakian, expressed delight for the relationship, characterizing Jade Group as an established gaming machine distributor in Asia. He stressed the importance of this cooperation as a crucial milestone in Jackpot Digital’s development plan, as it is the company’s first official distribution deal to enter the Asian market.

The cooperation seeks to accelerate the sale and implementation of Jackpot Digital’s “Jackpot Blitz” electronic multiplayer dealerless poker machines in Asian casinos.

Mr. Kalpakian believes that this relationship would open up new markets for Jackpot Digital throughout Asia.

Joe Pisano, CEO of Jade Entertainment, highlighted the partnership’s potential to open up opportunities in various Asian markets, particularly in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Vietnam, where poker is classified as a skill game and the Jackpot Blitz product complies with local regulations. He stressed Jackpot Blitz’s adaptability as a “casino smart table,” making it ideal for the diversified Asian market.

In addition to its concentration on the Asian market, Jackpot Digital has gained clients from cruise lines like Carnival Cruises, Virgin Voyages, Princess Cruises, Holland America, AIDA, and Costa Cruises.

The business has also announced installations or orders for its devices in 12 US states and territories, as well as in a number of overseas countries.
