Agilysys implements hospitality solutions at Mohegan Inspire

A number of cutting-edge hospitality technologies have been successfully implemented on a single cloud-based platform at the recently completed Mohegan Inspire Entertainment Resort in South Korea by Agilysys, a worldwide leader in hospitality software solutions and services.

With these innovative ideas, the resort hopes to enhance guest and staff experiences while also improving operational efficiency.

Agilysys built its solutions to maximize revenue possibilities and attain operational excellence. The expansion of Mohegan’s partnership with Agilysys, which began providing PMS and POS systems for the hotel and food and beverage operations at the location in December 2023, is symbolized by the introduction of these adaptive technologies.

In order to create and install these state-of-the-art hospitality technologies across the contemporary resort, Agilysys reportedly collaborated closely with Inspire specialists. Booking, dining reservations, service management, mobile food and beverage ordering, document imaging, and Agilysys PMS and POS were all integrated into the resort’s operations by the company.

Agilysys also has solutions in development for loyalty and promotion management, as well as mobile check-in and check-out.
