Light & Wonder, a worldwide provider of gaming technologies, will provide the slot floor management system at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas.
The system solutions of Michael J. Gaughan Airport Slot Concession Inc. will oversee the slot floors at Harry Reid Airport, according to a statement issued on Monday. It will be necessary to upgrade the present technology in order to accommodate approximately 1,100 slot machines spread over many terminals.
To fully support the Concession’s IT operations, Light & Wonder will provide managed services in addition to the slot floor management system. This necessitates infrastructure management, cutting-edge technological solutions, and 24-hour assistance in order to reduce downtime.
According to Jon Wolfe, President of Global Systems and Services at Light & Wonder, the company is committed to creating cutting-edge products that transform the gaming experience. He said that by improving casino hospitality and customer service, their systems solution seeks to provide an unrivaled level of player happiness.
Michael Gaughan’s Airport Slot Concession, Inc.’s general manager, Patricia Ross, said that Light & Wonder’s exceptional customer support was the decisive element in their choice of systems supplier. She emphasized the company’s dedication to quality, which goes beyond cutting-edge technology and is consistent with its objective of offering a top-notch gaming experience.
Light & Wonder aims to have their solution installed in every terminal at Harry Reid International Airport by the second quarter of 2024.
