Aruze Gaming seeks to expand globally with focus on Asia

Aruze Gaming Global is a recently established slot machine manufacturer seeking to expand globally, with a focus on Asia.

Play Synergy, an Empire Technological Group Ltd. affiliate, has acquired intellectual property, trademarks, and slot-related hardware from Aruze Gaming America Inc. Aruze Gaming Global, currently a division of Empire Technological Group, has two offices: one in Macau, which manages sales and operations for the Asian market, and one in the Philippines, which is dedicated to product research and development.

Global Chief Operating Officer Kelcey Allison states that the Asian division of Aruze Casino Macau Ltd., which is still controlled by Japanese casino tycoon Kazuo Okada, is not included in the sale. The company’s primary concentration is on slot machines; electronic table games (ETGs) are not of interest to them. Following the company’s February Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing, Aruze Gaming America’s ETG assets were acquired by Slovenia-based gaming supplier Interblock dd.

Aruze Gaming Global is looking for qualified people in Asia right now to assist with its sales and R&D departments. The company plans to launch new slot games specifically for Asia in the third quarter of 2024. These games are intended for markets like Macau, the Philippines, and Indochina. Allison pledged to go above and above the expectations set for her by continuing Aruze Gaming America’s legacy, even though she was aware of the pressure and high standards involved.
