SJM Holdings appoints new CFO following Ben Toh Hup Hock’s appointment as SJM Resorts COO
The operator of a casino in Macau, SJM Holdings Ltd., has recently disclosed significant modifications to its management team.
On December 6, 2023, Ip Shih Ming will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for SJM Holdings. The appointment is a component of a larger management transition within the organization. Ip Shih Ming possesses an extensive business heritage encompassing real estate transactions, investments, and corporate financing.
Prior to joining SJM Holdings, Ip Shih Ming served as CFO and Executive Director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited from January 2021 to March 2023. He previously worked for Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and the Jardine Matheson Group, where he occupied senior executive positions.
Concurrently, Toh Hup Hock, the COO and current CFO of SJM Holdings, has been named CFO of SJM Resorts.
