Century Entertainment issues convertible bond worth $4.1 million
Ng Man Sun, the chairman and chief executive officer of gaming investor Century Entertainment International, recently completed the acquisition of a convertible bond for HK$32 million ($4.1 million).
The bond may be exchanged into up to 125 million shares at a cost of HK$0.256 per share, has a 36-month maturity date, and bears no interest.
Ng Man Sun and his close associates possessed 35,872,196 shares in total as of October 16th, the date of this transaction, which is about 27.97% of the total shares issued.
It’s important to note that Century Entertainment International has a casino and gaming license that is valid for lease until April 2036 and functions as a table games operator in Cambodia.
