PA Betting Services acquires Singapore-based iRace Media

October 4, 2023 World iGaming & Gambling

With the purchase of Singapore-based iRace Media, PA Betting Services, a division of PA Media Group, has increased the scope of the data it offers on horse racing. With this tactical move, PA Betting Services not only strengthens its position in the Asian market and increases its worldwide presence in the racing data sector.

The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Singapore Pools, 4Racing, and Tabcorp are just a few of the B2B clients in the Asian market that iRace Media serves with its racing data and content offerings.

The company iRace Media provides form guides and interactive tipping material, with its most well-known offering being “iRace,” a racing form guide targeted towards Asian customers.

The goal of the purchase is to increase PA Betting Services’ capacity in the racing industry, enabling them to provide a wider variety of services and a better value offering to their clients.

The combined experience and industry-wide reach of iRace and PA Betting Services have a substantial influence, according to Clive Marshall, CEO of PA Media Group. Along with enabling the provision of a larger range of services to their rightsholder and bookmaker partners, this move not only opens doors to new client categories.

This transaction fits with PA Betting Services’ continuous strategy to establish alliances and partnerships. They have a long-standing partnership with William Hill and have been providing the bookmaker with statistics on horse and dog races as well as sports for more than 20 years. By giving the operator fresh information on international football, PA Betting Services has increased its cooperation with bet365. In addition, they have extended their affiliation with Flutter, continuing to provide race information to Flutter’s businesses, including Paddy Power and FanDuel.
