This Newly-Opened Resort Is Now The Most Expensive Casino In Las Vegas

Just when you thought Vegas couldn’t get any more expensive, this resort took over the strip with its outrageously thrilling casino.

The new kid on the block in Vegas’ vaunted Strip is Resorts World Las Vegas. It has been built on the site of Stardust Resort and Casino (now demolished). After a long construction period, Resorts World Las Vegas finally opened just a few months ago on June 24, 2021. It is now the first resort to have been completed on the Las Vegas Strip since the Cosmpolitan (which opened in 2010).

It is now another giant that one needs to consider while trying to navigate the glitz Strip that’s the Sin City of the United States. Another great way to see the Strip and its many neon lights at night is to get a VIP bird’s-eye-view of it with a helicopter flight over the Strip.

The massive resort complex costs an eye-watering $4.3 Billion – a lot of money for a hotel! It is now the most expensive resort property ever developed in Las Vegas. Its casino alone covers an area of 117,000 sq ft (10,900 m2).
