Game Nation partnership with CHIPS charity marks a meaningful step by the UK High Street gaming operator, which has confirmed its decision to support the cause that raises funds to provide powered wheelchairs to young people in need.

Formed by members of the gambling industry the registered charity has presented more than 700 wheelchairs, in the process transforming the lives of recipient children and their families.

Welcoming Game Nation to the CHIPS family of supporters, co-founder and Trustee Linda Lindsay said: “I am absolutely delighted at the prospect of partnering with the team at Game Nation as we work to generate more funds to help children who have been denied the twin gifts of freedom and independence.

“I have attended virtually all of the 700 presentations that we have made and every single one has had a transformative effect. On behalf of my Trustees I would like to say how excited we are to be working with Game Nation and helping more youngsters to get mobile.”

Mark Jepp, CEO of Game Nation added: “I think CHIPS is one of the most deserving charities that I have encountered. There’s no paid chief executive, CHIPS Trustees take no expenses and every penny raised goes to fund the purchase of chairs.

“Its’ work is nothing short of incredible and we will be harnessing the skill, the incredible talent pool and the energy of the Game Nation team together with the generosity of our wonderful customers to help generate more funds and help more youngsters.”
