Esteban. According to a disclosure filed with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on January 23, 2025, Ms. Esteban’s resignation will be effective at the close of business on February 10, 2025.

The announcement comes as Belle Corp. is heavily invested in expanding its footprint in the Philippine gaming sector. The company is currently developing a new integrated resort in Clark, Pampanga, signaling a significant bet on the continued growth of the industry in the country.
