Mid QA Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Shifts: 2 shifts (AM/PM)
- Days: 6 days a week
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create detailed test cases and reports.
- Escalate issues to Senior QAs or QA Leads to come up with solutions.
- Create and manage status reports.
- Stay up to date with different QA tools.
- Expert on creating and reviewing bug tickets.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are fixed.
- Work with developers and internal teams to identify system requirements.
- Lead and participate in the coordination, and execution of testing.
- Manage and execute the deployment process.
- Estimate and manage time and resources effectively.
- Prioritize tasks and projects.
- Guide and mentor Junior QAs on QA processes and activities.
- Minimum of 3 years in software testing.
- Should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience on online games operations or tester.
- Attentive to details on checking the quality of target product
- Excellent on math calculation
- Familiar with excel and google sheet
- 3+ years of Software Testing experience
- Broad knowledge of testing tools, methodologies and automated testing processes.
- Broad knowledge of functional and structural testing design techniques.
- Knowledge in different Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Knowledge of any programming language is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Automation Testing (Robot Framework, Selenium, Sikuli using PyCharm or Eclipse).
- Knowledge in Mobile testing for iOS and Android.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
- Strong analytical skills are required.
- Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member.
- Graduate of any computer-related course.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Mandarin speaking (verbal and written) is a huge plus
- Experience in online gaming is a huge plus.
