Cage Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall monitoring of the Cage Department deliverables and performance
- Daily report: Daily report for NOC and White label. 30mins tops for finishing the report.
- Weekly report.
- Monthly report.
- Monthly billing
- Scheduling and manpower arrangement of the Cage Department personnel
- Acting as deputy of CFO in Cage Operations
- Acting as deputy of CFO in Disputes and Compensation Committee
- Initiator of further education or cage internal employee and internal processes improvement plans
- Initiate and monitor projects for Cage Department
- Member of Finance Budget Committee in charge with projects relating with the products
- Preparing the final calculation of Expats payroll
- Reviewing the final accounting and costing of the other branches of the company for budget liquidation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the strategy
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with company’s standards for requirements delivery in line Customer requirements
- Assisting in Training on Lean Six-Sigma Methodology Budget Control
- Initial Feedback timeliness should be at least 95%
- Data Gathering timeliness should be at least 95%
- Risk Valuation timeliness should be at least 95%
- Average Performance of Cage Department should be at least 85%
- Cost Savings for the recurring expense of the company should be at least 10% based on 2018 records
- Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling a team dedicated to Business Analytics with Experience of handling an Accounting Department
- Knowledge on Advanced Accounting Best Practices
- Knowledge on Advanced Business Analytics Best Practices
- Knowledge on Advanced Project Management Best Practices
- Recent ERP Experience Required – Use of Netsuite is a huge plus
- Perfect proficiency in the English Language (Written and Verbal)
- Perfect proficiency in the Mandarin Language (Written and Verbal)
