Sentinels, NRG To Join Valorant Offseason Tilt In Seoul
North American squads Sentinels and NRG Esports will be participating in a Valorant OFF//SEASON tournament to be held in Seoul, South Korea in December 2024.
Sentinels are coming off a massive roster change, which saw the retirement of Valorant legend Tyson “TenZ” Ngo and Gustavo “Sacy” Rossi, just a few months’ shy of winning VALORANT Masters in Madrid, Spain. Marshall “N4RRATE” Massey and Sean “bang” Bezerra are expected to join holdovers Zachary “zekken” Patron, Mohamed “johnqt” Ouarid, Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro in the tournament.
SOOP (formerly AfreecaTV)’s VALORANT League will have a prize pool of $80,000, and will run from December 10 to 15.
Eight teams will fight if off. Aside from defending champs Sentinels, NRG Esports, China’s Bilibili Gaming, Korea’s Gen.G and DRX, and Talon Esports will be joining the tournament.
Made in Thailand and Challengers VN champions Rapid Lofi will also be participating.
The SOOP Valorant League will be held at the Sangam Coliseum.
