Philippine Junket Operator Dowinn Group Folds, Leaving Questions for Partners

Reliable sources indicate that Dowinn Group, a prominent junket operator in the Philippines, appears to have failed.

All casinos and VIP Clubs were closed by Dowinn, and many of the management withdrew or left the nation.

Sources claim that a run on Dowinn accounts resulted in liquidity issues and rendered money useless.

Dowinn operated its own casino in Rizal Park in addition to maintaining VIP rooms in well-known resorts like Okada Manila and Solaire. Right now, their website is unavailable.

Dowinn also worked with Manuel Villar Jr., the millionaire, to open casinos in Metro Manila. Although the exact cause of the collapse is uncertain, financial difficulties were most likely a contributing factor.
