Bloomberry all set to launch Solaire Resort North in May

March 19, 2024 Philippines Casino & Hotel

The leading land-based casino operator in the Philippines, Bloomberry Resorts Corp., has revealed that it is getting ready to launch Solaire Resort North, its second integrated resort project, in late May.

Thomas Arasi, the president and chief operating officer of Bloomberry Resorts Corp., described the company’s narrative as that of a phoenix rising from the ashes of the epidemic during his speech at the ASEAN Gaming Summit on Tuesday.

Arasi said that they not only survived an extraordinary phenomenon, but their industry also developed into a far more compelling force. He added that this is not only a story of tenacity, but it also demonstrates their strong sense of camaraderie and willingness to take on even the most difficult tasks.

He highlighted the difficulties faced and the foreign territory traversed, acknowledging scary times before ultimately emerging victorious. Arasi credited the company’s success to its unique corporate culture, which puts its employees first.

The Quezon City-based Solaire Resort North is poised to uphold Solaire’s position as a pioneer in premium entertainment while also offering guests in the northern suburbs of the city an improved resort experience. The new resort, which took one billion dollars to develop and covers 1.5 hectares and 38 floors, combines modern refinement and elegance with a panoramic view of the city.

Investment bank Morgan Stanley predicted that starting in the second half of this year, Solaire North will significantly boost the company’s revenue. Thanks to the mass sector, Bloomberry achieved exceptional 2023 results, increasing its consolidated net income by 85% to PHP9.5 billion ($170 million). Additionally, all locations at Bloomberry Resorts’ main site, Solaire, including VIP, mass tables, and electronic gaming machines (EGM), showed increases.
