Suntrust Resort reports narrowed net loss for 3rd quarter of 2023

A substantial decline in net loss was reported by Suntrust Resort Holdings, a LET Group affiliate, for the third quarter of 2023. This is a 41% reduction from the same period the previous year. Suntrust Resort Holdings is 51 percent owned by LET Group, previously known as Suncity Group, via one of its businesses.

The company is now working on the integrated resort known as the Westside City Project in Manila. This enormous project includes approximately 450 luxurious rooms in a five-star hotel with entertainment activities located in the center of the complex. The proposed extension also calls for the development of an opera facility, a vast 2,000-room hotel complex, and a Westside shopping mall.

The hotel-casino complex will be open by the fourth quarter of 2024, according to LET Group’s most recent announcement. According to the group’s earlier agreed timeline, the project is proceeding, with architectural work and finishing touches now occurring.
