Customers who were affected by the MGM Resorts September hack have started receiving loyalty rewards from the company.
For MGM perks loyalty members, these perks include free nights. In a post on social media by @VitalVegas, MGM thanked its patrons for their support and endurance during the incident. MGM Rewards is currently undergoing maintenance, according to the letter, and adjustments to account balances are anticipated in the “coming weeks.”
Officials from MGM indicated that they are launching a number of promotions to reward its patrons for their support and recommitted to restoring full functioning to MGM Rewards, with any lingering difficulties anticipated to be fixed shortly.
The majority of MGM Resorts’ customer-facing activities have resumed regular operations, but the company is still dealing with the effects of the September incident.
