Novomatic AG forges partnership with PariMAX to provide horse race wagering experience

In order to create a distinctive horse racing experience together, Novomatic AG, an Austrian gaming equipment producer and operator, has teamed up with PariMAX. As a technology supplier for the horse racing and gambling industries, PariMAX employs the “AmTote pari-mutuel technology” of its parent firm. It is a division of 1/ST Technology, which is a corporation owned by The Stronach Group in the United States.

As a result of this collaboration, PariMAX’s storied horse racing infrastructure in the United States will be used to launch Novomatic’s gaming portfolio in new regions. Taking use of Novomatic’s large worldwide manufacturing facilities and distribution networks, the alliance also plans to investigate prospects in other areas outside of the U.S., subject to regulatory, technical, and financial viability.

The partnership’s potential to open up new areas and enable Novomatic Americas’ growth in the historical horse racing sector was highlighted by Rick Meitzler, CEO of the firm.

The agreement, according to Paul Williams, CEO of 1/ST Technology, would give attractive options for historical horse racing both locally and internationally. Williams also highlighted the advantages of using horse racing material and completely pari-mutuel wagering to advance the business.
