No plans to allow gaming in Dubai: Tourism official
A senior Dubai official says there are no current plans to allow gaming in the emirate, unlike its neighbor Ras Al Khaimah, which will be home to the UAE’s first Wynn Resorts-built casino.
“As far as I’m concerned, there is no gaming that’s coming around the corner for us,” Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing CEO Issam Kazim said, quoted by Reuters on Wednesday.
Dubai is currently home to Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, a luxury five-star beachfront hotel and resort located on Bluewaters Island.
