Olympic Virtual Series

Last month, on April 22, the International Olympic Committee announced the joint five international individual sports federations and game developers to hold an Olympic virtual series. It is the first virtual sports event in history to be officially recognized by the Olympic Games.

This tournament encourages virtual sports and e-sports enthusiasts from all over the world to participate. The five events include baseball, cycling, rowing, sailing and motorsports.

Temporary cooperation games include “Live Power Baseball 2020”, “Zwift”, “Virtual Regatta”, and “GT Racing”.

International football, international basketball, and the International Tennis Federation are interested in participating in virtual matches in the future.
