Intema Moves to Acquire Esports Betting Platform Loot.bet

A a Letter of Intent has been signed to acquire 100% of the platform’s parent company Livestream Gaming, in a $14.75M deal. Livestream, HypeX.gg, Advertiise and TheSMACK.gg are expected to be complementary drivers of Intema’s future revenue growth.
