International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) Aiming for a Global Reach with New Magazine Launch

International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) has launched a new magazine covering gambling law.

The new IMGL Magazine will be released on a quarterly basis as a digital publication available to members, in addition to non members involved in partnerships with SBC Gaming, the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) and Clarion Gaming.

The articles will be written by gambling law experts from five continents. The first edition of the new publication will feature an exploration of India’s fantasy sports market, an examination of the development of African regulatory frameworks and a on-the-scene report on the casino inquiry taking place in New South Wales, Australia.

Marc Ellinger, President of IMGL said, “The IMGL Magazine sits alongside IMGL Masterclasses, Regional Conferences, Semi- Annual Conferences, including virtual conferences to offer the broadest array of educational opportunities in the gaming sector.”

The second edition of the magazine will be published in the summer, with ‘likely’ insights on the early operations of France’s regulatory body the Authorité Nationale des Jeux ANJ), an examination on the oversight of crypto-currency transactions in Malta and updates on the passage of Canada’s new single-event sports betting legislation.
